Advanced Firearms Techniques
FULL
Limited Capacity full
Training Course Overview
A competitive, steel-target course blending law enforcement instruction and competitive shooting techniques - using live drills, shot timers, and scoring challenges to push your skills further.

Course Description
This course combines law enforcement instructing philosophies with competitive shooting principles to create a dynamic, high-engagement training experience.

Using an all-steel target range, this course is designed to demonstrate how to extract maximum training value from steel - pushing officers to develop speed, accuracy, and accountability in a way that traditional static range training cannot replicate. Officers will work through a mix of shooting stages, drills, and challenges using various scoring methods, giving each participant a measurable benchmark for their performance.

Class sizes are intentionally kept small to ensure every officer gets significant trigger time, with individual shooting tracked via shot timers throughout the day. Students will also have a hand in designing some of the stages themselves, making this a collaborative and engaging experience. Expect some friendly competition between instructors' classes - this course is as fun as it is effective.

Officers will leave this course with sharper fundamentals, a deeper understanding of how to train effectively with steel, and the ability to measure and track their own performance under pressure.

Equipment Required
  • Handgun
  • 4 magazines (minimum)
  • 500-750 rounds ammunition
  • Holster/belt/mag pouches

Training Course Overview
A one-day performance course designed to build faster, more accurate law enforcement officers through the effective use of pistol-mounted red dot optics - covering foundational fundamentals through dynamic, real-world drills.

Course Description
The Aimpoint Red Dot Pistol Performance Course is a one-day program designed to build faster, more accurate, and more capable law enforcement officers through the effective application of pistol-mounted red dot optics. This is not a static square range course. It is a performance-driven training program designed to bridge the gap between marksmanship and real-world application, giving officers the tools and confidence to deliver accurate, accountable fire when it matters most.

Equipment Required
  • Handgun with red dot optic
  • 4 magazines
  • 750 rounds ammunition
  • Holster/belt/mag pouches

Course Description
This course shares practical insights and broader concepts on how to successfully engage officers from diverse backgrounds, departments, and experience levels. The focus is on strategies to make individual training time on the range more impactful for every student, regardless of skill level - highlighting how to design more efficient and effective training plans that maximize available resources such as ammunition, time, and budget, without compromising training quality. Patrol Rifle - Long Range Shooting
FULL
Limited Capacity full
Training Course Overview
A hands-on patrol rifle course building officer proficiency at practical distances from 50 to 300 yards - covering precision fundamentals, scenario-based performance, and real-world gear optimization.

Course Description
This course is tailored for law enforcement officers looking to enhance their proficiency with their duty rifle across the practical distances and situations most commonly encountered on patrol. Through hands-on, dynamic training, officers will build confidence, sharpen skills, and maximize the effectiveness of their gear in real-world scenarios - including engaging threats at mid-to-long range, managing cover, and adapting to environmental variables.

Officers will develop a deeper understanding of precision shooting fundamentals, including techniques to consistently hit targets from 50 to 300 yards through proper stance, trigger control, and sight alignment. Training also covers scenario-based performance, preparing officers to assess and respond to common patrol encounters such as barricaded suspects, active threats in open areas, and vehicle-related incidents.

Beyond marksmanship, officers will learn how to optimize their gear - leveraging optics, slings, and rifle setups for speed and accuracy under pressure - and develop the environmental awareness needed to adjust for wind, lighting, and terrain to ensure reliable hits in the field.

A strong emphasis is placed on self-diagnostic skills, with structured drills and immediate feedback designed to help each officer identify their personal strengths and weaknesses and leave with a clear path to continued improvement. Officers will walk away from this course with greater confidence behind their duty rifle, a stronger technical foundation, and the real-world skills to perform accurately and decisively when distance and precision matter most.

Patrol Structure Clearing (CQB)
FULL
Limited Capacity full
Training Course Overview
A patrol-focused CQB course teaching officers how to efficiently and safely clear structures with 1-2 officers using tools commonly available in a patrol environment.

Course Description
Patrol officers clear more structures than any other unit in law enforcement - often with just one or two officers and limited resources. This course bridges the gap between traditional CQB principles and the realities of patrol work, giving officers a practical, immediately applicable framework for structure clearing in the field.

Officers will learn how to efficiently, effectively, and safely clear structures with minimal personnel, using only the tools and resources commonly available in a patrol environment. Training covers the core principles of CQB as they apply to real patrol scenarios, with a focus on sound tactics, situational awareness, and decision making under pressure. Discussion points throughout the course include proper tactics, techniques, and strategies for patrol-based structure clearing, how the OODA loop affects the patrolman versus the suspect, setting and managing a perimeter around a structure, and recognizing a barricaded subject situation with plans in place for emergencies.

Officers will leave this course with a stronger tactical foundation, greater confidence operating in confined spaces with limited backup, and the skills to make faster, safer decisions when a structure needs to be cleared.

Shooting on Reactive Steel
FULL
Limited Capacity full
Training Course Overview
A reactive steel course designed to reveal and sharpen your real capabilities in drawing, accuracy, speed, and magazine changes - proving that a properly prepared officer can deliver accurate shots in under a second.

Course Description
This course puts officers on the reactive steel bobber range, where the targets themselves dictate the pace and push your skills to the limit. Unlike static paper targets, reactive steel provides instant feedback on every shot, forcing officers to confront the true quality of their fundamentals in real time.

This is not a "quick draw" session - it is a performance-driven course designed to expose your real capabilities under pressure, measuring and improving your speed, accuracy, drawing mechanics, and magazine changes in ways that standard range training simply cannot. Officers will work through a series of drills that build on one another throughout the day, with each repetition revealing where time and accuracy can be gained.

Officers will quickly discover that a properly prepared officer can execute accurate shots in exceptionally short time windows - including less than one second. Whether you consider yourself a seasoned shooter or are looking to identify gaps in your performance, this course will challenge and elevate your skills.

No matter where you are starting from, you will leave this course faster, more accurate, and more capable than when you arrived - with a clear, honest picture of where your skills stand and exactly what to focus on next.

Vehicle Threat Interdiction (VTI)
FULL
Limited Capacity full
Training Course Overview
A hands-on course teaching officers how to effectively use vehicles as cover during a gunfight - combining live-fire drills with vehicle assault techniques and real-world decision making.

Course Description
This course is designed to give officers a comprehensive understanding of vehicle-based tactics in a gunfight, covering both defensive cover and offensive assault techniques in a single, progressive training day.

Officers will start by learning the fundamentals of using a vehicle as cover - including how bullets interact with typical car panels, pillars, and body panels - giving them a realistic, science-backed understanding of where cover actually exists in a vehicle-involved engagement. These concepts are then immediately applied through live-fire training, allowing officers to practice and reinforce the techniques in a dynamic range environment.

The second half of the day shifts to vehicle assaults - covering the tactics, decision making, and legal considerations around when and when not to execute these techniques. Officers will work through scenarios with dry guns to ensure the safety of role players while still developing the muscle memory and tactical awareness needed to perform confidently in the field. Officers will leave this course with a clearer understanding of vehicle cover, sharper instincts around vehicle-based threat engagement, and the tactical foundation to make better, faster decisions when a vehicle is part of the equation.
