Achilles Heel Tactical stands as a testament to our unwavering commitment to education, safety, and community. As a veteran-owned and operated entity, we traverse the nation, imparting essential firearms fundamentals to a diverse audience that includes civilians, law enforcement personnel, and military service members. Our mission is to foster a more accountable, prepared, and skilled community through making education accessible for all.
Our training curriculum is built on fundamental principles and supported by data, aiming to produce faster and more accurate shooters. We also train staff to effectively teach these methods. Our mission is to identify and address weaknesses in current training approaches by providing practical solutions.
Rick Crawley, our lead instructor, brings extensive experience from both the US Military and US Law Enforcement, having served in specialized units. His teaching approach is process-focused, contrasting with the often ineffective outcome-focused methods. Rick has over a decade of experience training all over the world developing a refined curriculum that has successfully enhanced the accountability of thousands of firearm users.
