Training Course Overview
A competitive, steel-target course blending law enforcement instruction and competitive shooting techniques - using live drills, shot timers, and scoring challenges to push your skills further.

Course Description
This course combines law enforcement instructing philosophies with competitive shooting principles to create a dynamic, high-engagement training experience.

Using an all-steel target range, this course is designed to demonstrate how to extract maximum training value from steel - pushing officers to develop speed, accuracy, and accountability in a way that traditional static range training cannot replicate. Officers will work through a mix of shooting stages, drills, and challenges using various scoring methods, giving each participant a measurable benchmark for their performance.

Class sizes are intentionally kept small to ensure every officer gets significant trigger time, with individual shooting tracked via shot timers throughout the day. Students will also have a hand in designing some of the stages themselves, making this a collaborative and engaging experience. Expect some friendly competition between instructors' classes - this course is as fun as it is effective.

Officers will leave this course with sharper fundamentals, a deeper understanding of how to train effectively with steel, and the ability to measure and track their own performance under pressure.
