Limited Capacity full
Training Course Overview
A patrol-focused CQB course teaching officers how to efficiently and safely clear structures with 1-2 officers using tools commonly available in a patrol environment.

Course Description
Patrol officers clear more structures than any other unit in law enforcement - often with just one or two officers and limited resources. This course bridges the gap between traditional CQB principles and the realities of patrol work, giving officers a practical, immediately applicable framework for structure clearing in the field.

Officers will learn how to efficiently, effectively, and safely clear structures with minimal personnel, using only the tools and resources commonly available in a patrol environment. Training covers the core principles of CQB as they apply to real patrol scenarios, with a focus on sound tactics, situational awareness, and decision making under pressure. Discussion points throughout the course include proper tactics, techniques, and strategies for patrol-based structure clearing, how the OODA loop affects the patrolman versus the suspect, setting and managing a perimeter around a structure, and recognizing a barricaded subject situation with plans in place for emergencies.

Officers will leave this course with a stronger tactical foundation, greater confidence operating in confined spaces with limited backup, and the skills to make faster, safer decisions when a structure needs to be cleared.
