Training Course Overview
A one-day performance course designed to build faster, more accurate law enforcement officers through the effective use of pistol-mounted red dot optics - covering foundational fundamentals through dynamic, real-world drills.

Course Description
The Aimpoint Red Dot Pistol Performance Course is a one-day program designed to build faster, more accurate, and more capable law enforcement officers through the effective application of pistol-mounted red dot optics. The course begins with establishing and refining the baseline fundamentals that drive performance, including grip, recoil management, visual processing, trigger control, presentation, and efficient target acquisition. Once those foundations are established, students transition into performance-based shooting focused on increasing speed, accountability, and consistency under pressure.

Throughout the day, officers will apply these skills in dynamic and realistic law enforcement-focused drills that emphasize movement, multiple target engagements, target transitions, positional shooting, decision making under time constraints, and problem solving with a pistol in rapidly evolving situations. This is not a static square range course. It is a performance-driven training program designed to bridge the gap between marksmanship and real-world application, giving officers the tools and confidence to deliver accurate, accountable fire when it matters most.
